On a journey towards health + wholeness.
Your Body
Honor your body with care and respect. Find strength in knowing your physical wellbeing is vital, and embrace practices that support your health and vitality.
Your Mind
Life brings challenges, emotions and even trauma. Remember, it’s okay to seek help and express your feelings and prioritize your mental well-being.
Your Spirit
Your spirit is the deepest part of who we are. Find solace in the love of God and the hope He brings to renew your spirit and bring you peace.
The love of God leads the way.
God loves you and created you for a relationship with him. He reveals his deep love for you by looking out for your well-being in every way.
God’s love is vast, reaching into the depths of who you are. Even though we make mistakes, God still wants a meaningful relationship with us. But, sin messes things up, leaving us feeling lost and in need of fixing.
Here’s the good news: God sent Jesus, his own Son, to set things right. Jesus lived a life of love, showing us how to thrive. His sacrifice on the cross offers forgiveness and healing in every area of our lives.
God desires our complete trust in Jesus, and the benefits are amazing. Eternal life and a full transformation—mind, body, and spirit. Through Jesus, we flourish in a lasting connection with God.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:16
This verse from the Bible tells us that God did two things for you:
First, God loved the world, and that includes you. God created you, loves you, and wants a relationship with you. However because of sin, our relationship with God has been broken, and we are spiritually dead. In order to repair that broken relationship, God did something else…
God gave his only son, Jesus. Jesus was born into the world, he lived the life that you and I could never live, and willingly sacrificed his life on the cross for our sins.
Your response is to believe that Jesus is God’s Son and to trust in him as the forgiver of your sins and the leader of your life. Do you believe this?
If you believe this, then this verse promises that you now have eternal life. This means that you have been made spiritually alive because your relationship with God has been restored. Your sins are forgiven and you have a relationship with God that will never end.
Timing
In a prayerful moment, receive God’s forgiveness and new life in Jesus Christ.
Dear Lord Jesus,
I believe that you are the Son of God. Thank you for willingly dying on the cross for my sins. I receive your forgiveness and your eternal life. As best I know how, I turn my life over to your care and control. Amen.
This is the beginning of a loving relationship with God through his Son Jesus Christ.
